FUNSTATION 2 SEATER SEA-SAW :

Galvanized Pipes: We use Galvanized pipes (Wall Thickness – 3.2mm) with protective corrosion resistant coating as standard pipe, to place a platform as it provides superior structural strength to the entire structure. All the Galvanized pipes are assembled to the concrete base using anchor fasteners which makes it perfect for creating a sturdy & durable fun-station. We use Powder coating on these pipes as there is no scope of rust on these pipes.

High Grade Plastic Components: All the Roto Moulded plastic parts are made up of LLDPE (Linear Low Density Polyethylene from Matrix) plastic. These high grade plastic components are non – toxic, antistatic, fire retardant and the colors are U.V Stabilized. The plastic component contains master batches with light fasteners so that it is saved from the most common problem – color fading. Children’s little hands can easily get hurt playing around sharp corners & rough surfaces. Therefore, we provide curved edges slides & other items which are safest for the children.

Platform & Stair : The platform and stair is made up of MS sheet (1.5 mm Wall Thickness) with laser cutting, bending and welded through MIG welding  process with best quality welding rods. All the welded joints are properly grinded & coated with sealant for rust resistance to ensure complete safety & resistance. Further, it is powder coated with approx. 100 micron for perfection. Protective corrosion resistant coating (Spray Galvanizing process) and phosphating process is done to protect it from rust before powder coating.

Clamps: Specially designed clamps for holding various plastic & metal components which requires less maintenance. While installing the model, we don’t need to do any kind of welding job. Further, powder coating is done on these accessories to ensure world class finish. The thickness maintained is a minimum of 40 microns (Dry Film Thickness).

Railing / Guard rails / Safety Rails: We use railing with CRC pipe (Outer Pipe -33 mm OD & Vertical Support Pipe – 25 mm OD) to make the best combination with ladder in terms of strength & safety. Further, protective corrosion resistant coating (Spray Galvanizing process) is done to protect it from rust.

Paint: Aliphatic PU (Polyurethane) paint which is specially developed by our R&D department, gives attractive shine & it is excellent in terms of quality. Aliphatic Polyurethane paint is based on acrylic poly-oil and is isocyanides system for non-yellowing topcoat, is extremely tough and high performance coating excellent resistance to Abrasion and U.V Radiation. It passes excellent corrosion resistance in heavy humid and corrosive atmosphere. If any scratch occurs due to mishandling, then it is very easy to repair it on site.
